FOUNDER & LEAD PASTOR
Pastor Daryl J. Webb Sr.
Pastor Daryl J. Webb Sr., affectionately known as Pastor D, is the founder and lead pastor of PurityHub, a Jesus-centered Kingdom movement dedicated to building the Body of Christ through biblical teaching, prayer, discipleship, authentic community, and purposeful service. His heart for ministry is not simply about bringing people together for an event. It is about seeing people become rooted in Christ, grow in their relationship with God, and discover how they can live out what God has placed inside of them.
Born in Chicago Heights, Illinois, and raised in Illinois and Indiana, Pastor D grew up connected to the life of the church. His early experiences serving as an organist and junior usher helped shape his understanding that ministry is both a calling and a willingness to serve. Over time, that foundation developed into a commitment to spiritual formation, leadership, and creating spaces where people can encounter the Word of God in a meaningful, practical way.
The story of PurityHub began with a season of prayer and obedience. The work first began under the name Purity Temple. As Pastor D sought the Lord for direction, he became convinced that God was calling him to shift the model. In his original account of that season, he described sensing the Holy Spirit instructing him to “Shift. I’m birthing a Hub.” For him, a hub meant more than another ministry name: it represented a place to gather, to be developed, to be strengthened, and eventually to be sent.
That direction became the heartbeat of PurityHub: Discover. Develop. Deploy. Pastor D envisioned a place where people could grow in biblical truth, where prayer would be more than a program, where spiritual gifts would be developed with wisdom and accountability, and where leaders could be equipped to serve the wider Body of Christ. He believes the church is not limited to a building or a Sunday service. The people of God are the Body of Christ, and building that body requires more than filling a room—it requires discipleship, maturity, integrity, healing, and obedience.
PurityHub took root in Indianapolis, Indiana. As the ministry moved into its second year, Pastor D continued the work from North Carolina, establishing a U.S. headquarters while deepening the focus on building people rather than merely building an audience. This new season has included strengthening Kingdom Partner development, expanding ministry conversations, planning media resources through PurityHub Studios, and laying the groundwork for coordinated missions in the United States and Pakistan.
Through teaching and leadership, Pastor D continually points people back to Jesus Christ and the authority of Scripture. His desire is to help believers move beyond familiarity with church culture and pursue an authentic life with God—one in which the Word transforms their thinking, prayer becomes a lifestyle, and their gifts are developed for service. He sees apostolic and prophetic ministry as a responsibility to establish, equip, and send people with biblical grounding, order, and accountability.
His continuing prayer for PurityHub is that it would be a place where people feel welcomed, but are also challenged to grow; where community creates room for restoration; and where believers are not only encouraged by what they receive, but equipped for what God has called them to do. As PurityHub continues to develop, his vision remains focused on the same assignment: build people, strengthen the Body of Christ, and help them walk in purpose.

Staff Pastor & Director of Operations
As Staff Pastor and Director of Operations, Pastor Charity provides pastoral care, spiritual guidance, and support for biblical teaching and discipleship. She also helps lead the operational work of PurityHub—coordinating ministry initiatives, strengthening communication between teams, developing practical processes, and helping carry the Founder’s vision into consistent, organized action. Her role connects the pastoral heart of The Hub with the structure needed to serve people well.
Evangelist Whitney
Director of Administration & U.S. Headquarters Missions Coordinator
Evangelist Whitney directs the administrative work of PurityHub, helping maintain organized communication, ministry records, schedules, processes, and coordination across leadership and ministry teams. She also serves as U.S. Headquarters Missions Coordinator, helping plan and coordinate domestic outreach, service opportunities, partnerships, and related logistics under the ministry’s central leadership.
Evangelist Alisha
Prayer & Intercession Team Lead
Evangelist Alisha leads the prayer and intercession team, coordinating prayer gatherings and intercessors, encouraging consistent prayer for the ministry and the people it serves, and helping respond to prayer needs with care and confidentiality. Her leadership helps keep prayer central to the culture and work of The Hub.
Pastor Awais Khalid
Assistant Pastor, PurityHub Pakistan & Pakistan Missions Coordinator
Pastor Awais serves as Assistant Pastor for PurityHub Pakistan and Pakistan Missions Coordinator under the direction and oversight of PurityHub’s U.S. headquarters. He provides pastoral support and local leadership, helps develop believers and leaders, coordinates mission relationships and community outreach, and keeps the U.S. team informed about plans, needs, and activities. The Pakistan work remains part of PurityHub’s unified global missions initiative rather than an independent church organization.
